Who We Are

Word of Life Ministries International, conveniently located south of Greenville, is a Church of God congregation that is firmly committed to being relevant for today through our worship, our teaching, and our compassionate ministry beyond our church walls.

OUR PURPOSE /// We love what God is doing at WOL! We believe the church is the hope of the world. When Jesus is the Head and believers operate through faith as His body, He lives, breathes, saves, forgives, heals, fills, touches, teaches, equips, delivers, blesses, and loves people! We've watched Him do it year-after-year and we're looking forward to all that He has planned for the years to come!

Word of Life Ministries International was founded in 1977 under the South Carolina Church of God with the sole purpose of reaching upstate South Carolina. The Lord breathed on that vision and today, WOL is made up of nearly 500 people who attend regularly. People from all generations and all cultures, who share a passion for Jesus and His kingdom.

OUR VISION /// From the beginning, we've always envisioned WOL as a fun, growing, relevant place where the Word of faith is taught and the spirit of faith is caught. We are convinced that when people connect with God, understand the Bible, and get a real revelation of Jesus, the Word, and who they are in Christ - everything changes!

We exist to help people make the connection; that's why we offer a variety of ministries. In addition to weekly services, we host special events and small groups that offer personal growth and connection to a thriving body of believers.

We welcome you to be a part of what God is doing here!
