Raising Effective Anointed Leaders Welcome to R.E.A.L. Youth Ministries' website. We are a youth ministry dedicated to reaching out to teens and raising them up to be effective, anointed leaders in their schools and homes. It is our desire that youth get crazy and radical for God and develop an undying passion to experience His presence. We meet Friday nights at 7pm in the gym at Word of Life. Our youth pastors, Jimmy and Crystal Barrs, invite you to come out and be a part of this vibrant teen ministry. new youth pastors /// feb.8.08 Pastor Rand and Andrea Bentley have been an incredible part of everyone's lives at R.E.A.L. Over the past 2 years, countless lives have been changed by their ministry. They poured their hearts out to the youth of Word of Life and desired to see a passion for God revealed in everyone's life. Because they seek
God's direction and will for their life, Rand and Andrea are
stepping down as youth pastors of R.E.A.L. Ministries. They will
continue attending Word of Life and will still be passionately
involved with various ministries. Our new youth pastors, all the way
from Florida, are Jimmy and Crystal Barrs. They have such an awesome
desire to reach out to teens and are amazed to see how Rand and
Andrea raised up such a radical youth group.
